The Apex Society partners with ClubCorp to provide the next generation of private club members

ATLANTA (August 5, 2010) – The Apex Society, an international young professionals club, announces its partnership with ClubCorp USA, a world leader in private club experiences.

The Apex Society, which has a network of over 130,000 young professionals less than 40 years old, will serve as a membership pipeline for ClubCorp. ClubCorp focuses traditionally on older executives.

As a part of the partnership, ClubCorp will offer a two-month membership trial period to the most accomplished Apex Society members, many of which have been honored over the last decade as winners of The Apex Society’s annual Power 30 Under 30 Awards. Membership to one of over 220 private country and business clubs owned and operated by ClubCorp provides a variety of options and experiences for a range of lifestyle pursuits, including world-class golf, exquisite dining privileges, personalized service, and business camaraderie.

John Breton, Vice President of Marketing and Sales for The Apex Society, said, “Our official partnership with ClubCorp is a natural extension of a great two-year relationship that we’ve had with the 191 Club, a ClubCorp property in Atlanta. We are thrilled that ClubCorp values our organization with the highest regard, and wishes to formalize and to expand our relationship to an international level.”

Bob Trout, Region Director of Member Experience for ClubCorp stated, “The Apex Society has been very successful at building a brand that represents quality, integrity, and excellence. ClubCorp represents similar values. A partnership with The Apex Society makes perfect sense based on our Young Executive initiative and enables our organization to identify prospective club members at a younger age.”

Also, according to the partnership, The Apex Society will hold its signature Power 30 Under 30 Awards at ClubCorp properties around the world and will have access to an array of ClubCorp resources.
